Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a secure tracking link.

How to track your order

1. Open the shipping confirmation email sent for your order.
2. Select the tracking link to view the latest carrier updates.
3. Allow up to 72 hours after dispatch for the first tracking event to appear.

Tracking help

If you have not received a shipping confirmation, or your tracking has not updated for more than 72 hours, email contact@twogetherstore.com. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout so our customer service team can assist you.
